Shipping and Delivery Information
Standard processing time for orders is 5-7 business days to be processed and shipped. Orders placed after 10:00 AM (PST) may be processed the following business day. Processing and shipping times may increase during specific collection launches, holidays, and other peak seasons. We cannot change the shipping address or the shipping method selected after checkout.
Amending a Shipping Address
We cannot change the shipping address or the shipping method selected after checkout.
Once an order has been shipped, an email will be sent to the email address provided on the order with your shipments tracking information.
Customers are responsible for monitoring the delivery of their shipment once an order has left our warehouse.
U.S. Shipping Options and Costs
Athletable offers free standard ground shipping for all full price mainline orders shipping within the United States. Orders take 4-7 business days to arrive once your order leaves our distribution center in New York.
For all other purchases, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout and will be based on your shipping address and estimated weight of your package.
Due to COVID-19 staffing precautions, we do not have expedited shipping available at this time.
For deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico, your order will be automatically upgraded to air delivery at checkout.
We do not ship to PO boxes.
International Shipping Options and Costs
We do not currently offer international shipping.
Failed Delivery/Returned to Sender/Abandoned Packages
If your package cannot be delivered to the given shipping address due to incorrect shipping address and/or phone number, the package will be returned to the sender (Athletable) at the customer's expense.
If the receiver is absent upon all delivery attempts, your package will be held at a local courier center for pick up. If the customer fails to pick up the package for any reason, the package will be returned to the sender (Athletable) at the customer's expense.
If you receive your package, and it is damaged and/or opened, please take a photo of the damage before checking the contents inside. Please submit a claim via the courier used to ship your order. Please also contact us at email@example.com.
We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. Please file a claim with the courier and contact our customer service team to guide you.
We are committed to practicing sustainability and reducing mass production by operating on a made-to-order basis. As a result, we have implemented the following return policy for clothing items to ensure customer satisfaction while minimizing waste.
Exchanges for Faulty Items:
- If you receive a clothing item that is faulty or defective, we are dedicated to resolving the issue promptly.
- We do not offer any returns on products, only exchanges.
- To qualify for an exchange, the item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
- Please contact our customer service within  days of receiving the faulty item to initiate the exchange process.
Exchanges for Size Changes:
- We understand the importance of finding the perfect fit and are happy to accommodate size changes.
- If you need to exchange a clothing item for a different size, please contact our customer service within 7 days of receiving the item.
- To be eligible for a size exchange, the item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
- Our customer service team will guide you through the size exchange process and provide instructions for returning the original item.
- You will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item for a size exchange, as well as the shipping costs for the replacement item.
No Returns for Reasons Other Than Faulty Items or Size Changes:
- We do not accept returns for reasons other than faulty items or size changes.
- By operating on a made-to-order basis, we aim to minimize waste and promote sustainability in the fashion industry.
- We encourage you to review our size charts and product descriptions carefully before placing an order to ensure accurate sizing and selection.
Please note that our return policy is subject to the following conditions:
- All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, with any attached tags intact.
- Items that do not meet these criteria will not be eligible for an exchange.
- We reserve the right to refuse exchanges or returns if the items are deemed to be in unsuitable condition.
